Changes to subscription performances

Regular Seat Subscriptions Performances included in the subscription can be exchanged for a different date. Apply on line or at the Box Of ce up to 24 hours before the curtain goes up. No limit to the number of changes but there is a 5€ handling charge from the second onwards.
Flexible Subscriptions Performances included in the subscription can be exchanged for a different date. Apply to the Box Of ce up to 24 hours before the curtain goes up. No limit to the number of changes but there is a 5€ handling charge each time.
Tickets bought during the priority sales period
Opting out of performances
From 23 April (9 am) to 13 May, subscribers can opt out of a maximum of one or two performances, depending on the subscription formula (Full Season, Partial, or Budget).
Payment in instalments
Subscriptions can be paid for in 5 instalments at no extra cost. The subscription is formalized on 18 May when the first instalment, amounting to 10% of the total cost, is charged.
The remaining instalments are paid on 1 July, 1 September, 1 November, and 1 January.
Payment is by direct debit from a bank account (standing order).

(*) Depending on the number of years' tenure. When a subscriber has two or more subscriptions, the oldest will be taken into account.
Vacant seat service
Regular Seat subscribers may dispose of their unoccupied seats through the Vacant Seat Service. If the seat they have left vacant is sold, the Liceu will refund 50% of the price, minus VAT and a handling charge. If the seat is not sold, the subscriber can recover it up to 1 hour before the start of the performance. The money can be refunded by bank transfer or put towards the following season's subscription. Applies only to subscriptions paid by direct debit.
In no case can refunds exceed 90% of the value of the current subscription or be exchanged for over 90% of the cost of the following season's subscription. This service is available for all shows, starting one week before the first night.
