If one day you're unable to attend a performance that's part of your subscription, the Liceu offers you the possibility of choosing a performance of the same show on another day, provided seats are available. Only one change per show is permitted.
Up to 24 hours before the start of the performance in question if it is on a weekday, up to 48 hours if it is on a Sunday or public holiday, or up to 72 hours if the performance is on a Monday, by sending the change of performance request form.
You can also apply to the ticket office, Monday to Friday from 9.30 am to 7 pm
The holder of a reduced-price subscription can change to another reduced-price performance of the same show. However, if they want to upgrade to a performance with a different cast, they must pay the difference in price.
The holder of a season or mini subscription can switch to a reduced-price performance of the same title but in this case the difference in price will not be reimbursed.
Depending on the number of seats still available for particular title, type of subscription, performance and area of the theatre, the Liceu reserves the exclusive right to decide how many tickets may be offered for re-sale through the Ticket Return Service.

The recent reduction in the number of performances scheduled has made it impossible to maintain this subscription. They can also opt for a reduced-price subscription, which can be automatically renewed, and enjoy all the advantages offered to subscribers.
