How to request this service
To request this service, subscribers must apply, within the established opening times, at the box office of the Gran Teatre del Liceu with their subscriber card and identity card or other official ID and must sign the application form. They may also send their request by fax along with photocopies of their identity card or other official ID and their subscriber card. Tickets may be returned up to 24 hours before the start of the performance if it falls on a weekday, up to 48 hours on a Sunday or public holiday or 72 hours if the performance is on a Monday.
