Reimbursement of tickets
Tickets can be neither exchanged nor reimbursed. The price of tickets will be reimbursed only if the show is cancelled.

Changes subscriber functions
Ability to change the tickets for another day of the same performance. The difference in price will be changed according to the changes in category or cost.

Picking up subscriptions and tickets
Anyone picking up subscriptions or tickets must present the subscriber or purchaser's official ID or a photocopy of their ID and a signed authorization.

Duplicate cards
Subscribers who lose their subscription card can request a duplicate by calling 93 485 99 13. A standard charge will be made. The cost of printing the tickets to the performances included in the subscription will also be charged.

Resale of tickets
The Fundació del Gran Teatre del Liceu does not authorize the resale of tickets. Nor does it guarantee the authenticity of tickets not purchased at official sales points. It declines all responsibility if holders of tickets purchased elsewhere are refused admission to the theatre.

Cancellation/renewal of subscriptions
The Gran Teatre del Liceu reserves the right to cancel subscriptions, or to refuse to renew them, if instalments are not paid on time.

Payment by instalments

If any instalment is not paid on time, the entire cost of the subscription will fall due.

Promotions for Young People
If tickets sold with discounts for young people (less than 30 years) are used by persons aged 30 or over, the Liceu will refuse the holder admission.

Promotions for Seniors
If tickets sold as part of promotions for seniors (65 years and over) are used by persons under 65, the Liceu will refuse the holder admission.
