Terms and conditions for requesting a session change
- This service is only available to subscribers
- You may exchange your tickets for another session of the same production, as long as the session you request is not sold out
- We will attempt to provide you with tickets matching your usual seats as closely as possible
- No exchanges are possible between different productions or for productions with only a single session
- All changes are final: once your request has been granted, you can't have your original tickets back
- Requests can be placed up to 24 hours before the show (for shows on tuesday-saturday), 48 hours (for shows on sunday and holidays) or 72 hours (for shows on mondays)
- No more than one change per production is allowed
- You can ask for changes for all the performances including the season turns and two changes for the reduced and popular turns.
- We will call you on the phone to validate your request. Pleaase, provide us with a valid telephone number so we can reach you.
