Freddie De Tommaso

Trained at the Royal Academy of Music and the Opera Studio of the Bayerische Staatsoper, he gained recognition by winning the Plácido Domingo Tenor Prize and the Verdi Prize at the 2018 Tenor Viñas International Singing Competition in Barcelona. 

Since then, he has performed on major stages worldwide, including the Royal Opera House in London, Teatro alla Scala in Milan, Bayerische Staatsoper in Munich, De Nationale Opera in Amsterdam, Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow, and the Wiener Staatsoper, among others.

Gerald Finley

He began singing in Ottawa (Canada) and furthered his musical studies at the Royal College of Music in London, King's College Cambridge and the National Opera Studio.

His recent engagements include the world premieres of Anthony & Cleopatra in San Francisco and his role as the Count of Almaviva (Le nozze di Figaro) at the Opéra national de Paris.

This is his debut at the Gran Teatre del Liceu.

Julia Bullock

Born in St Louis, Missouri, she entered the young artists programme of the Opera Theatre of Saint Louis.

She furthered her training at the Eastman School of Music, completed a master's degree in vocal arts at Bard College and graduated from the Julliard School in New York.

Recent engagements include John Adams' Doctor Atomic in Santa Fe and Purcell's The Indian Queen at the English National Opera in London, Teatro Real in Madrid and the Perm Opera, among others.

This is her debut at the Gran Teatre del Liceu.

Audun Iversen.

In 2007 he won first prize at the Queen Sonja Competition in Oslo. Recent engagements include roles as Figaro (Le nozze di Figaro) at the San Francisco Opera and Deutsche Oper Berlin and the title role in Eugene Onegin in Copenhagen and at the Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow.

This is his debut at the Gran Teatre del Liceu.

Svetlana Aksenova

Svetlana Aksenova

Svetlana Aksenova.

She studied singing at the Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatory in St Petersburg, where she attracted critical attention for her interpretation of P.I. Tchaikovsky's Iolanta. Her recent roles include Tsaritsa (The Tale of Tsar Saltan) at La Monnaie in Brussels. She made her debut at the Gran Teatre del Liceu in the 2013/2014 season in The Legend of the Invisible City of Kitezh and the Maiden Fevroniya.
