Anna PirozziGo Back
Ever since 2012, when she first attracted notice for her rendering of Amelia (Un ballo in maschera) in Turin, Italian soprano Anna Pirozzi's career has been unstoppable. In just a few years she has appeared at major opera houses, including those of Milan, Salzburg and London, with such distinguished conductors as Riccardo Muti, Zubin Mehta, Nello Santi and Daniel Oren. After singing Odabella in Attila in the Liceu's 2017/18 season, she now returns in another opera by Verdi, the composer to whom she owes her main triumphs as Abigaille (Nabucco), Amelia (Un ballo in maschera) and Leonora (Il trovatore), among others.
