American soprano Lindstrom will be making her Liceu debut in one of her most emblematic roles, that of Princess Turandot, the "ice princess", which she has sung in various cities including Vienna, San Diego, London and New York. She also played her in a scene of the film Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation (2015). Lindstrom specializes in these highly complex roles for dramatic soprano, other examples being Senta and Brünnhilde, in operas by Wagner, and Richard Strauss's Elektra.
