Born in Porto Alegre (Brazil), he studied at the Conservatory of Lübeck. Among his engagements for the 2023/24 season, he will perform roles such as Roberto (Le Villi) at Teatro Regio di Torino, Cavaradossi (Tosca), Calaf, and Hermann (Pikovaya dama) at the Deutsche Oper Berlin.
Last season, he sang Calaf in a new production of Turandot directed by Barrie Kosky at De Nationale Opera in Amsterdam with musical direction by Lorenzo Viotti; Des Grieux (Manon Lescaut) at the Deutsche Oper Berlin, and Calaf at the Teatro Real in Madrid. He has also performed the title role of Andrea Chénier at Opéra Monte-Carlo and Don José (Carmen) at Oper Stuttgart.
His repertoire includes leading roles in operas such as Verdi's Otello and Lohengrin, Pollione (Norma), Radamès (Aida), Luigi (Il tabarro), Maurizio (Adriana Lecouvreur), Turiddu (Cavalleria rusticana), and Canio (Pagliacci), among others.
He debuted at the Gran Teatre del Liceu in the 2019/20 season with Cavalleria rusticana and Pagliacci.
