Nauzet Valerón

Nauzet Valeron studied music at the Professional Conservatory of Music of Las Palmas, obtaining a professional degree. He continued his studies at the Superior School of Singing in Madrid with the tenor Juan Lomba, and later honed his skills with Francisco Ortiz and Dolors Aldea. 

He completed a postgraduate program at the University Mozarteum in Salzburg with the tenor Siegfried Jérusalem. 

As a soloist in opera, he has performed roles such as Romeo (Roméo et Juliette), Don Ottavio (Don Giovanni), Florville (Il signor Bruschino), Nemorino (L'elisir d'amore), Ferrando (Così fan tutte), Fenton (Falstaff), and various roles in King Arthur, among others. In concert music and oratorios, he has excelled as a soloist in works such as Beethoven's Fantasy for Piano, Chorus, and Orchestra in C minor, opus 80, Mozart's Requiem, Mozart's Great Mass No. 17 in C minor, Handel's Messiah, Handel's Judas Maccabaeus, Haydn's St. Nicholas Mass, Domenico Scarlatti's Stabat Mater, Francesco Scarlatti's Miserere, Schubert's Mass in G major, and Verdi's Requiem, among others. 

He debuted at the Gran Teatre del Liceu in the 2022/23 season with Il trovatore.
